This Evanston home was originally designed and built by the architect who owned it in the 60s. While the current homeowner needed an increase in space, they still wanted to pay homage to the original design.

Our team was able to salvage the original timber ceiling beams but give the kitchen an overall larger feel by removing two of the pre-existing walls to give an open concept, and update all the cabinets and countertops for a design that still rings true to the original.
