This client came to us looking to relocate their laundry area and add an additional, full bathroom to their unfinished utility space in the basement. It was very important for this homeowner to maximize the space available and make it feel open. +
We installed all new plumbing lines to the basement and configured the shower so that both the rain-shower head and hand-held could be utilized and the same time. This homeowner also desired a very specific mosaic accent tile, she had seen previously, but only had a picture of. After extensive research, we were able to track down the accent tile out of state. The dark natural tones of the mosaic are complimented by the rest of the lighter wall and floor tiles, while the dark wood vanity adds a very beautiful contrast to the rest of the space.
