These clients were looking to upgrade their downtown condo’s kitchen while keeping the existing footprint of the space. They wanted a more modern feel to the space with a custom blue and grey finish, made especially by the cabinet manufacturer. A pre-existing cantilevered kitchen island was transformed into a stationary island with seating, storage, roll out shelving, and properly sized drawers for pots and pans. +
The open concept condo features beautiful wooden beams that pairs nicely with the blue, grey and white coloring. These homeowners wanted us to update two of their bathrooms, to achieve a clean and modern look. They wanted similar looks, making a cohesive design, but with slight variations in order to set them apart. In the master bathroom, we constructed a large frameless glass paneled walk-in shower. The built-in tub was constructed with a keen eye on the tile work, to ensure the tile continued up the sides of the enclosure seamlessly. A dark wooden vanity, custom framed mirror and mounted vanity lights completed the clean aesthetic the homeowners were looking for. The guest bathroom uses similar design elements, but with different tile, vanity and mirror finishes. The same color scheme and crisp edges tie the two spaces together nicely.
