We built out this Evanston basement into a comfortable living space. Our team framed the space, created storage under the stairs, added wood floors over the concrete basement floor as well as on the staircase, and added closets and canned lighting for a polished, functional presentation. +
Minimal furnishings like a storage rack for games and books, a super comfortable sofa, a sleek TV unit, and an abstract rug were used to furnish the space. The walls were kept light and pops of color were added with abstract art.
