This was an outdated space with a crooked structure and absence of windows which essentially made it necessary to do a complete gut rehab, in order to gain the light and airy space the homeowners wanted. +
The first step in achieving this was to replace the old jacuzzi bathtub with a large luxurious walk-in shower, complete with a stunning 72 inch, 3 panel, frameless glass shower. It is equipped with two body sprays, along either side of the shower, a rainfall shower head and a niche outfitted with Carrara marble. The light color of the vanity along with the Icelandic Blue painted walls added to the light and airy feel the homeowners desired. As a finishing touch, we added some sound insulation into the ceiling, to block the noise from upstairs residents, as this is a condo in a multi-unit building.
